It all started with a 300 Year Old Barn…

The design of Sylvan Table began with the acquisition of a 300-year-old barn from Maine. Using the barn's original design while incorporating industrial textiles, windows and warm woods the menu is complimented with a warm and inviting space.

Inside the barn, you will find 2 dining levels, a main level seating area adjacent to the kitchen and a glass roof solarium. The main level kitchen and lower level prep kitchen with support areas are housed within a newly built addition that is perfectly melded with the reconstructed barn.

Wood-Fired is the main cooking source, which is used to fuel a large artisanal grill and a pizza oven. Match this up with fresh farmed items grown with conscious and sustainable methods, the property features 100 different crop varieties which will be incorporated into the seasonal food and drink menus.
